This website serves exclusively for the presentation of the Android app kAIboard. It is implemented as a static HTML page and collects no data via forms, cookies, tracking or analytics tools.
The only data processing activities that take place on this website are:
- Automatic server log files by the hosting provider (STRATO)
- Processing of email data when you voluntarily contact us by email (e.g. for a beta tester request)

3.1 Server log files
When accessing this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. The following data is collected:
- IP address of the accessing device
- Date and time of access
- Page accessed / URL
- HTTP status code
- Browser and operating system used (user agent)
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Amount of data transferred
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The collection is necessary to provide the website and to ensure security and stability.
Storage period: IP addresses are stored by STRATO for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The storage serves to detect and prevent attacks on the server infrastructure.
Recipient: STRATO AG as data processor. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with STRATO.
4. Contact by email
There is no contact form on this website. If you contact us by email (e.g. via the “Request Early Access” button or the email address provided in the footer), the following data is processed:
- Your email address
- Content and subject of your message
- Time of the message
Purpose: Processing your request, in particular adding you to the closed beta testing programme on Google Play and related technical communication.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).
Storage period: Your data is stored until the completion of the beta testing programme or deleted earlier at your request.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies — neither technically necessary nor tracking-related. No analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.) or marketing pixels are used.
A cookie banner is therefore not required and not present.
6. External links
This website contains links to external services, in particular:
- YouTube (videos are not embedded but only provided as external links)
- Google Play Store (link to the app)
When you click on an external link, you leave this website. The privacy policies of the respective providers apply on the external websites. We are not responsible for data processing on those pages.
Since the videos are only linked and not embedded via iframe/embed, no data transfer to YouTube/Google takes place when visiting this website.
